FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is Notii really free?
Yes. Every feature is in every account, with no trial and no card, and accounts made by November 13, 2026 stay free for life, even after paid plans arrive. A few fair-use limits keep things fair: 100 AI requests a day, 1 GB of uploads a month, files up to 25 MB and up to 100,000 notes.
What happens to my Evernote tags, files and dates?
They come with your notes. Tags become Notii tags, attachments are saved in their notes, and each note keeps the date it was made and last changed. Checklists keep their due dates.
Can I import more than one notebook?
Yes. Import each notebook's .enex file and each becomes a notebook in Notii, or put several .enex files in a .zip to bring them in as one.
Is there a web clipper like Evernote's?
Yes. The Notii Web Clipper saves a whole page, a selection, an image or a link, and Notii's AI writes it up as a tidy note that links back to where it came from. It works in Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Arc and Firefox.
Can I still email notes in?
Yes. You get a private Notii address: forward emails to it and they become notes, attachments included. End the subject with @notebook or #tag to file them.
Can I take my notes with me later?
Any time. Export everything as Markdown, with a folder per notebook and each note's files, or turn on a backup by email every week.
