Is it free for my whole team?
Yes, today: everyone you invite gets every feature at no cost. A Team plan with a price per member is planned for later, but accounts made by November 13, 2026 stay free for life. A few fair-use limits apply per account, like 100 AI requests a day and 1 GB of uploads a month.
Does Notii have to-dos with owners and due dates?
Yes. Any checklist item can have a due date, an owner and a repeat. The person you assign gets an email, and every dated or assigned item shows on the Tasks page and in the calendar.
Is there a message board or chat?
Notii doesn't have chat. Teams talk in comments on the notes themselves and with @mentions, which reach people in their inbox and by email.
Can we see everything on one calendar?
Yes. The calendar shows due tasks, board cards that are due, reminders and daily notes, beside events from the Google, Outlook or iCloud calendars you add.
Can people outside the team see a project?
Share a note with a link anyone can view, or publish a whole project as a website at notii.io/your-name or on your own domain.
Can I take my notes with me later?
Any time. Export everything as Markdown, with a folder per notebook and each note's files, or turn on a backup by email every week.
